Your responsibilities:
The Quantitative Economics Division is a research group within the Department of Economics, Analytics and Operations Research that has a clear focus on high-quality research and is active in a variety of topics in economics, econometrics and quantitative economics. The position comprises the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Independent and collaborative research with the aim of submitting a dissertation in economics, econometrics or quantitative economics and acquiring a doctoral degree
- Independent and collaborative teaching at the university, both in German and English as required, and supervision of students
- Contribution to departmental research and teaching projects
- Participation in the administrative tasks and responsibilities of the department
- Participation in university committees, in university self-governance and in public relations activities of the department
