In the research project "A new Geometry for Einstein's Theory of Relativity and beyond" https://ef-geometry.univie.ac.at which is financed by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) in the framework of its "Emerging Fields" program, we are currently announcing
- up to 2 PostDoc positions (2 years) and
- up to 2 Ph.D. positions (3 years).
The research focuses on Lorentzian Geometry, General Relativity, Metric Geometry, and Optimal Transport and the positions are expected to start in autumn 2026 (October or later).
