Registration and Abstract Submission

 

Registration

The registration will start on 01.01.2019 and ends on 31.07.2019; registration for the conference is carried out in two steps.

First you must create an account and then you can register for participation:  Online Registration

Depending on the category the following fees apply:

The conference fee covers: conference materials, access to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, reception and conference dinner.

Some of the side events  (the Hochschultag 2019, the LehrerInnentag 2019) can be booked separately; details on the fees that apply in these cases can be found on the subpages of these events and at the registration platform above.

No cancellation fee is charged until 15.07.2019, a fee of 50% is charged in the period 16.07.-31.08.2019, and a fee of 100% is charged after 01.09.2019.

Abstracts for the ÖMG-Conference 2019 should be typeset in LaTeX using the style file oemg2019.sty. The total size of the abstract is preferred to be less than a half of a DIN A5 page according to the format defined in oemg2019.sty and should by no means exceed one page.

Submitting Abstracts

To submit an abstract login (registration needed) and click on "Your Submissions" and on "Abstract Submissions". Please submit a pdf of your abstract and the LaTeX source
