The conference desk is located in room W207/08 on the 2nd floor. Its opening hours are:

Monday, September 11: 08:00-12:00 and 14:00-17:00,

Tuesday, September 12: 08:15-11:00,

Wednesday, September 13: 08:15-11:00,

Thursday, September 14: 08:15-11:00,

Friday, September 15: 08:15-11:00.

Registration:

Registration of participants takes place on Monday, September 16, 2019, 08:00-12:00 and 13:00-18:00 in front of the lecture room W211/12  as well as during the opening hours of the conference desk from Monday - Friday.

Technical Equipment of the Lecture Rooms:

All rooms are equipped with PC and beamer. The lecture rooms are equipped with large blackboards. Technical assistants are present to help you transfer your file to the PC.

Internet Access during Conference:

WLAN access will be available to conference participants. Access data can be found in the conference folder. There is also a good coverage for the eduroam network across the conference venue.
